The National Championship of Poker Heads-Up Poker is a tournament held annually in the United States of America, involving 64 players playing a poker game series one-on-one No Limit Hold'em until one player wins the title champion National Champion in the United States of Heads-Up.

The idea for the tournament was created from the success of The World Heads-Up Poker Championship, held annually in Barcelona, ​​although only a world champion Headsup (Cernuto John "Miami") competed in the National Championship of Poker Heads up to date .
